Does anyone know if OpenClaw Matrix Assistant supports multilingual customer support out of the box?
In my experience, it’s a powerful tool but the initial setup was a bit complex. You need to spend time training the model with your specific FAQs and support scenarios.
We've been using OpenClaw Matrix Assistant for about 6 months now. Integration with our CRM was pretty straightforward thanks to their API support. It's definitely helped reduce response times by automating common queries.
One downside I noticed is that the assistant sometimes struggles with complex or unusual customer requests. So, a human fallback is necessary.
