Hey folks, been digging into some AI options that help with summarizing meetings, especially for law offices. Lots out there but kinda tricky to pick the right one. Anyone got thoughts or experience with these? Would love to hear what works best!

Honestly, the one I used was kinda slow and sometimes missed parts of the convo. Not sure if it's worth the investment yet.
I found the UI on some of the apps is just so clunky. If the lawyers can't figure it out quickly, it just won't get used.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They've got some lists and reviews that helped me pick a solid summarizer.
Been using a cheaper AI tool and honestly, it’s not bad for the price. Might not catch everything but good enough for quick recaps.
We've been using an AI summarizer integrated with our case management system. It kinda saves us time, but it's not perfect. Still better than taking notes manually tho.
I wish there was a tool that could also highlight action items automatically. That would be a game changer for legal teams.
Don't forget to consider customer support when choosing a tool. Some companies just leave you hanging when stuff breaks.
Some tools just don't get the confidentiality needed for law firms. Always check their privacy policies before committing to anything.
I tried a couple of these tools last month, and the accuracy varied a lot. Some do great with legal jargon while others just butcher the terms. Worth testing the free versions first!
Integration with Zoom or Teams is a must-have for us. Saves switching apps mid-meeting.
