If you want to restore photos manually, Photoshop and GIMP offer advanced capabilities, but it takes time and skill. AI tools are more user-friendly if you're looking for quick results.
Are there any open-source AI models for photo restoration that ChatGPT can guide me to? I'd prefer free tools.
ChatGPT can help you write prompts for AI image generators or restorers that accept text input, but it itself doesn't have an image restoration feature.
