Hey everyone, I'm looking into some software options that can help manage patent cases better in law firms. Anyone got experience with tools that streamline the whole patent tracking, filing, and research process? Would love to hear what works well and what's just hype.

I've tried a couple of platforms, and honestly, not all of them live up to the promises. Some are great for tracking deadlines but lack good research features. Others have solid research tools but get messy on the admin side. It's kinda hard to find that one tool that nails everything.
