I found that setting up automated reminders in OpenClaw that post directly to Slack channels helps keep the team on track with follow-ups. Also, using Slack threads to discuss specific customer issues linked from OpenClaw tickets improves clarity.
We use OpenClaw to create tags for different customer issues and have Slack notifications sent to specific channels based on those tags. This way, the right team members get alerted immediately.
