Hey all, I've been looking into different fundraising platforms that can help nonprofit orgs grow better. There are tons of options and kinda hard to know which one gives the best bang for the buck. Anyone got some experience or thoughts on what works best? Would love to hear some real talk on features, ease of use, and stuff like that.

One thing I always look for is good customer support. When fundraising season hits, we need quick help to fix any issues.
I've tried a couple of platforms but honestly, some get too complicated for small teams. Finding one that balances features and user-friendliness is key imo.
Has anyone tried those newer AI fundraising tools? Heard they can predict donor behavior which sounds cool but not sure if it's really worth it yet.
Pricing can be a nightmare too, some tools look cheap but charge extra for every little add-on. Watch out for that.
