Totally agree, finding tech that actually personalizes coaching is tough. Most tools just throw generic tips at you which aren’t super helpful.
Have you looked at any tools that use machine learning to suggest coaching topics based on sales data? I’ve seen a few demos that look promising.
Anyone using tools that integrate with CRM to provide coaching suggestions based on deal stages and rep activity? Curious how well that works.
I tried a couple of platforms but they were one-size-fits-all. My reps didn’t find much value 'cause it wasn’t tailored to their style or challenges.
