Has anyone tried machine learning ops platforms that include test management? Curious if all-in-one solutions are worth it.
I've been using a tool that integrates pretty well with our pipelines, makes tracking AI model versions and their test results way easier. The UI is simple enough, no steep learning curve.
Security is another aspect I think people overlook in AI testing tools, especially when handling sensitive datasets during tests.
Honestly, a lot of teams just use generic test management tools and try to adapt them for AI testing, which kinda works but not ideal. AI testing has specific needs like data versioning and model drift tracking that standard tools miss.
It's important that whatever tool you pick, it supports collaboration well since AI testing usually involves data scientists, developers, and QA all together.
Does anyone know if there are tools that automate generating test cases from model specifications? That'd save so much time!
Tried using Jira with some add-ons for AI testing tracking, but it quickly got messy and hard to scale with our projects.
I wonder if anyone has integrated AI test management with continuous integration tools like Jenkins for automated testing pipelines?
I’m curious if anyone has experience with cloud-based AI test management tools versus self-hosted? Which one do you prefer?
One thing I found useful is tools that let you annotate test results with model performance metrics dynamically. That way you can track not just pass/fail but also how well the AI is doing over time.
Sometimes the best approach is just to customize existing test frameworks and extend them for AI specifics. Not perfect but works for now.
One major pain is version control of test datasets alongside the models. Most tools don’t handle this well, so tracking which data was used for testing becomes a manual headache.
If ur looking for something new, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They seem to keep up with the latest in AI test management stuff.
For small teams, sometimes a spreadsheet with smart macros can manage AI tests well enough before moving to dedicated tools.
Has anyone tried using AI itself to help manage or prioritize AI tests? Like smart test selection or scheduling?
