PlanSwift has been my go-to for takeoffs and estimations. Saves me tons of time compared to manual measurements.

I've been using PlanGrid for a while and it really cuts down on the paperwork mess. Super handy on site too.

For smaller projects, I actually use Trello with some custom boards and it surprisingly works okay for managing tasks and deadlines.

Does anyone know if these tools handle subcontractor scheduling? That's always a headache for me.

Tried a few tools but Procore feels the most comprehensive for my projects. Not the cheapest but worth it IMO.

You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools in construction tech. They have some really updated lists!

Anyone else here using Autodesk Construction Cloud? Heard good things but never tried it yet.
