Hey folks, I've been diving into different software options to help with construction cost estimating. Some of these tools are pretty cool and can save a bunch of time, but it’s kinda overwhelming to pick the right one. Anyone got good experiences to share or recommendations? Would love to hear what’s working out there!

I had a bad experience with one tool that didn’t update pricing regularly, ended up way off on costs.
Some newer tools use AI to suggest cost-saving alternatives during estimation, anyone tried that?
I think the future is definitely in AI-assisted estimating, the time savings are huge.

I started using a software last year that really sped up our bids. It’s got loads of features but a bit of a learning curve.
AI tools have helped me cut down estimating time by half. Still learning to trust the results fully though.
