Hey folks, I've been playing around with some tech and wanna find a good app or program that can copy a voice pretty closely. Anyone got some recs or tried anything cool? Would love to hear about your experiences or tips! Thanks!

Just wanted to add, make sure you pick a tool which fits your skill level. Some are super technical and others just plug and play.
Just a heads up: some of these tools can get kinda sketchy legally depending on how you use them. Always good to be careful!
Anyone tried the voice mimic features integrated in some apps like Synthesia or stuff? Heard mixed reviews.
Honestly, my fave so far is Descript’s overdub. It's kinda simple and the voice sounds pretty legit if you record your own base voice first.
I tried some free tools but they always had weird glitches. Paid ones are def worth it if you want high quality voice mimicry.
Funny thing is, I found a tool that does a decent job but it takes a lot of training data to get right. Not super user-friendly tho.
You might wanna check out some newer stuff on ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have some fresh picks that aren't too bad.
Anybody here used ElevenLabs? Heard a lot about it but haven’t tested it yet. Worth the hype?
It’s wild how much AI has advanced in this area. Used to be just sci-fi and now it’s sorta at our fingertips!
I've tried a couple of apps but most either sound robotic or super obvious. Just depends how natural u want it, honestly.
