I think one thing that gets overlooked is user training. If HR folks don’t understand what the AI is doing, audits won’t help much.
I think audits should also look at the impact of AI on employee experience. Sometimes automation can feel cold or intrusive.
Has anyone tried auditing these AI tools for bias? Like, do they tend to favor certain demographics?
Wondering if anyone’s looked into the data privacy aspects of AI HR tools during audits?
For those looking into AI audits, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that can help with auditing processes.
How do you guys measure ROI on doing these AI audits? Is it worth the time and money?
Been thinking about automated audit tools that can regularly scan and report AI bias or errors. Anyone using those?
Ethical considerations should be front and center in these audits. It’s not just about compliance but doing what’s right for employees.
I’m curious about how often these audits should happen. Like, is it a one-time deal or ongoing?
I’ve noticed a lot of these tools don’t really explain how they make decisions, which kinda worries me. Transparency in AI is key, especially when it affects people’s jobs.
Not sure if it’s just me but some of these AI tools give weird recommendations that don’t match what humans expect. Like, do audits catch the accuracy of these outputs?
Does anyone know if there are standards or certifications for auditing AI in HR?
Some companies use external auditors for their AI tools to keep everything legit. Anyone else doing this?
