Has anyone compared Google Cloud Search with AWS Kendra for enterprise search? Curious about pros and cons.
AI is cool but don’t underestimate the importance of quality data input. Garbage in, garbage out, right?
I’m always worried about AI bias in these tools. How do you guys handle ensuring fair info retrieval?
One thing I noticed is user adoption. If the AI tool isn't user friendly, ppl just don't use it no matter how good it is.
Also, pricing models can be confusing with these AI tools. Some charge on usage, others on number of users. Watch out!
Honestly, I've also seen a lot of buzz about tools like Algolia and Sinequa. They seem advanced but pricey.
Has anyone used Microsoft Viva Topics? Heard it’s pretty good for knowledge management with AI tagging and stuff.
Open source options like Apache Lucene can be good if you have a strong dev team and want customization.
Don't forget to look at security features too. AI tools handle a lot of sensitive info, so enterprise-grade protection is a must.
From my experience, the best AI tools are the ones that not only search but also organize info logically. Otherwise, you get a bunch of results but zero clarity.
How well do these AI tools handle multilingual content? That’s a big deal for global companies.
The best tools also provide analytics on search behavior so you can continuously improve the knowledge base.
I've been using AI-powered search in my company for a bit now, and honestly, the key is how well it integrates with existing systems. Some tools look fancy but don't mesh well and slow things down.
Are there any AI tools that also help automate content creation or updating within knowledge bases?
I’m curious if anyone tried combining AI search tools with chatbots to improve knowledge access?
