Hey folks, I've been messing around with some AI that can describe images and gotta say it's pretty cool but sometimes misses the mark. Anyone got tips or fave tools for this kinda stuff? Would love to hear what works best for you all!

Does anyone know if these tools support multiple languages? I need descriptions in Spanish for my project.
Anyone else tried Microsoft’s Image Captioning API? It’s pretty decent and integrates well with other apps.
Be careful with privacy if you upload personal images to some AI tools. Not all have strict policies.
Honestly, sometimes a quick caption from AI is enough for social media posts, no need for perfect description.
Sometimes these AI descriptions just sound robotic and miss the context or emotions in the image, which kinda sucks.
One thing I noticed is that some AI tools are better for objects, others for people or animals. So depends what you want described mostly.
I tried a few open source options but they need a lot of computing power to run locally.
I’d love to see AI that can describe images in a more creative or poetic way.
I found some cool stuff on ai-u.com where they list new AI tools regularly. Might be worth checking out for fresh options.
For simple stuff, I just use phone apps that do image description. Not perfect but good enough for quick use.
I've tried a few apps but like, Google Lens still feels the most accurate for me. It picks up on details really well.
I recently used some AI that could even describe complex scenes with multiple people and objects pretty well.
