There's so many options out there, would love to hear what you all use or recommend. It'd be great to find something that makes things smoother without being a hassle to learn.

Bitrix24 offers a bunch of tools in one place including CRM, tasks, chat, and it's free up to a certain number of users. Worth a look.
Sometimes it's not just about the tool but how you use it. Setting up good follow-up reminders and notes is key.
For those interested, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools in this space. They keep updating with latest stuff that might be worth trying.
Has anyone used Less Annoying CRM? I heard it's super simple and affordable for small businesses.
In the end, I think it's about finding the right balance between features, ease of use, and price.
I use Salesforce at work and while it's powerful, it can be way too complicated for solo entrepreneurs or small biz.
I've tried a couple of CRMs but found some a bit overwhelming for small teams. HubSpot was pretty user-friendly for us and has a good free tier.
Anyone tried Pipedrive? Heard it's really sales-focused, but wondering if it's good just for relationship management too.
I actually rely on good old spreadsheets with some automation via Zapier. Not the flashiest but it works for me.
One thing to consider is mobile access if you're often out and about. Some tools have way better apps than others.
I feel like Zoho CRM is a hidden gem. It might take some time to set up but it's pretty powerful and customizable.
