Hey folks, been trying to find some solid apps that can help me read and understand documents faster. Any recommendations or cool tools you guys use? I’m especially interested in stuff that can highlight key points or summarize for me. Thanks!

Does anyone know if these tools handle handwritten notes or scanned docs well? That’s been a struggle for me.
Some AI readers can even detect the tone of the document, which is kinda neat if you’re dealing with reports or emails.
I've been using an app that can actually summarize long docs for me, and it's been a game changer. It saves me so much time at work!
Also, some apps allow exporting summaries or notes directly to other platforms which helps keep everything synced for later.
I prefer a tool that reads documents aloud. Helps me absorb info better while doing other stuff. Anyone else?
I found that apps with voice command features make it way easier to navigate big documents without getting lost.
Not sure about AI, but some apps have great annotation features that help me organize notes directly on docs.
Honestly, sometimes I just want a simple app that doesn’t overcomplicate things with too many AI features. Just plain reading help is enough for me.
The best tip I can give is to try a few apps before settling in. Everyone’s workflow is different so what works for me might not work for you.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that do exactly this. Found some pretty cool options there!
If anyone’s into free tools, Google Docs has some AI-powered features that help summarize text, might be worth a try.
