We switched to a lighter AIops tool recently and it’s been surprisingly effective at alert noise reduction.
Anyone checked out BigPanda? Heard it integrates well with tons of monitoring tools and uses AI to correlate events.
I've been curious about an AI tool named Loom Systems (now part of ServiceNow, but standalone it was cool). Wonder if there are similar ones that aren't part of big suites?
Anyone else feel like AI tools are great but still need a lot of tuning and human input to be really useful?
StackState is another tool worth checking out. It uses AI to help with root cause analysis in complex IT setups.
I've tried Moogsoft and it's pretty solid for incident management with AI. Not as flashy as ServiceNow but worth a look.
LogicMonitor has some AI-driven monitoring features that helped us reduce downtime. It's not super flashy but solid.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they list a lot of options beyond the usual suspects.
I feel like some newer startups are coming up with interesting AI ops tools but they’re hard to evaluate without demos.
Honestly, a lot depends on what systems you’re trying to monitor and your team’s size. No one tool fits all!
Anyone tried ScienceLogic? Heard they use AI for service assurance but not sure how they stack up.
