I think integration with existing tools is key. If the AI can't sync with your current software, it's a pain to use.
Honestly, not all AI tools are that great. Some are just gimmicks. Make sure you test demos before committing to anything.
I tried a couple of management companies but none had AI that really impressed me. Plus the price was always kinda high for what you get.
