Últimamente he estado profundizando en las operaciones de TI impulsadas por IA, pero quiero centrarme en algunas herramientas distintas de las típicas, como ServiceNow o Flexera. ¿Alguien aquí está utilizando soluciones innovadoras de AIOps que hayan supuesto un cambio radical? ¡Me encantaría conocer sus experiencias y recomendaciones!

Not many talk about PagerDuty's newer AI capabilities, but I found their predictive insights quite useful for proactive incident management.
I feel like finding the right AI ops tool depends a lot on your existing stack. Integration can make or break the experience.
Anyone tried BigPanda? Heard it's good for integrating multiple monitoring tools and using AI to streamline ops.
We looked into BMC Helix for AI ops, but the setup was kinda complex compared to others. Still has potential though.

I started using Moogsoft a few months back and it's pretty impressive for anomaly detection and event correlation. Way better than manual monitoring tbh.
