If my subscription ends, can I access my videos and edit them?

According to our T&C 12. Files Storage, “for users who were subscribed but canceled their subscription, we store the data for one year from the date of cancelation.” Therefore, you can access your rendered projects for watching, sharing, and downloading during a year after the plan cancelation, but you can not edit and re-render the videos anymore.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime you wish in your Elai.io account in My Profile by clicking “Manage subscription”. The unused minutes will be available till the end of the term of your current plan, but you will not be charged after the term expires.
