Has anyone here used the OpenClaw Matrix Assistant for managing customer support? I'm interested in how well it integrates with existing CRM systems and its effectiveness in improving response times and customer satisfaction. Does anyone know if OpenClaw Matrix Assistant supports multilingual customer support out of the box?
In my experience, it’s a powerful tool but the initial setup was a bit complex. You need to spend time training the model with your specific FAQs and support scenarios.
We've been using OpenClaw Matrix Assistant for about 6 months now. Integration with our CRM was pretty straightforward thanks to their API support. It's definitely helped reduce response times by automating common queries.
One downside I noticed is that the assistant sometimes struggles with complex or unusual customer requests. So, a human fallback is necessary.
