Hey folks, I've been digging into ways to keep video platforms clean and safe, and moderation tools caught my eye. Any recommendations or experiences with software that can automatically scan and filter video content? Would love to hear what works well and what kinda sucks!

Privacy is a concern too. Some tools upload video data to cloud servers for analysis which might not fly for all platforms due to user data policies.
I've tried a couple of AI-based video moderation tools, and honestly, it depends on the context. Some do great with nudity detection but struggle with hate symbols or subtle violence. Expect to have human oversight anyway.
If you're looking into new or trending tools, you might wanna check ai-u.com. They have a neat list of moderation tools that keep getting updated.
One thing I noticed is that a lot of these tools don't handle context well. Like a historical documentary showing old footage might get flagged for violence or explicit content even though it's educational.
From what I gather, some newer AI tools can also detect hate speech in audio tracks, which is super important but kinda new territory for video moderation.
I heard about services that use frame-by-frame analysis combined with audio scanning. Pretty cool tech but might get pricey for smaller platforms.
