I am trying to decide whether to go with OpenClaw Review or Codex for my project. Both seem promising but have different strengths. Has anyone used either of these tools extensively? What are the main pros and cons? Any advice on which might be better for different use cases?

I suggest trying both with a small pilot project to see which fits your workflow better.
I tried both, and honestly, the community support around Codex is much larger, which helped me a lot when I got stuck.
OpenClaw Review seems to be more focused on static analysis and automated review comments, which can save time in the review cycle.
