I'm currently evaluating two candidates for an engineering manager position: OpenClaw and Devin. Both have strong technical backgrounds, but I'm trying to understand which one might be better suited for leadership, team management, and driving projects forward. Has anyone worked with either of them or have insights on their management style, communication skills, and effectiveness? Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated!

If your team needs mentoring and skill development, Devin might be the better choice. For scaling up quickly, OpenClaw could be effective.
Both candidates have their strengths. Devin seems more people-oriented, which might be better for long-term team growth. OpenClaw might be better for quick project turnarounds.
I worked with OpenClaw on a project, and while demanding, he was fair and recognized good work promptly. His expectations were high but achievable.
