Sometimes simpler tools are better because your team can easily adopt and update the roadmap regularly.
I've been using a couple of different roadmap tools, but honestly, the ones tailored for AI specifically are kinda rare. Most are too generic or way too complicated.

Anyone here using Jira? I heard it's great for software but wondering if it fits AI projects too.
There's also some newer platforms specifically for ML ops that include roadmap features, like Weights & Biases.

I wish there was a tool that integrates dataset management, experiment results, and timeline tracking all together.
If you want something more visual, try Miro boards with AI-focused templates. Helps a lot with brainstorming and planning.
For startups, something lightweight and easy to adapt is key. Heavy tools can kill the momentum.

Honestly, I just use Notion for everything AI related. With the right templates, you can customize it to track models, deadlines, and more.
Not sure if this counts, but I use Trello with some custom labels and it kinda works for tracking AI project phases.
Would love to see more AI roadmap tools that integrate with cloud platforms directly, so updates happen automatically.
Anyone tried Asana for AI projects? Seems pretty popular for managing tech workflows.
