Hey folks, been diving into some new tech lately and wondering what you all are using for land surveying? Heard AI is making some waves in our field but not sure which tools are actually worth it. Would love to hear your go-to apps or software that help make the job faster or more accurate!

Does anyone combine AI tools with traditional GIS software? I’m trying to figure out the best workflow.

Been using Leica Geosystems gear with some AI add-ons, it’s pricey but the quality justifies it.
If you’re on a budget, some open-source AI tools could help with image processing, but they might be less polished.
Anyone tried Pix4D? Heard it’s solid for photogrammetry with some AI features baked in.

You guys should definitely check out the AI tools on ai-u.com for new or trending software. Found some hidden gems there that really help with precise measurements.
I use Propeller Aero, the AI makes elevation models quick and super detailed.
I’m curious if there’s AI that can predict soil conditions or underground obstacles?
