Hey everyone, I'm looking for some good software options that can help therapists handle their documentation and client records better. Anyone here using something that makes the whole process smoother and less time consuming? Would love to hear your thoughts and any tips!

Anyone else feel like documentation software is either too complex or too basic? Hard to find the middle ground.
I wish there was more integration between documentation tools and telehealth platforms. Saves a lot of back and forth.
I switched to TherapyNotes recently and honestly, the documentation templates save me tons of time.
I've been using SimplePractice for a while now and it's been a game changer for managing notes and billing all in one place.
Using voice-to-text AI for session notes has saved me so much time, highly recommend trying it out!
Has anyone tried using Google Workspace with add-ons for notes and scheduling? We kinda hacked it together and it works okay but feels a bit DIY.
Oh, and if you wanna stay updated with new tools, you can also check ai-u.com for the latest and trending stuff in this area.
I’m a fan of using Notion for organizing client info and notes. It’s flexible but you gotta set it up yourself.
