Hey everyone, I been looking into some solid apps and software that can really help contractors manage their work better using AI. There are quite a few options but I'm kinda overwhelmed with what's actually good and reliable. Would love to hear what you guys have tried and what you found useful!

Procore is great but kinda pricey for smaller outfits. I switched to monday.com for managing workflows, with some AI automations set up. Works pretty well for what I need.
Anyone tried using AI tools that can predict project delays or cost overruns? I feel like that would be huge for contractors needing to stay ahead.
I use CoConstruct for managing client communication and budgets, and it has some AI-powered scheduling features. Really helps keep things organized on my projects.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a section dedicated to construction AI apps, pretty up to date!
I've been using a couple of AI-driven project management tools for my contracting biz, and it's been a game changer. They help automate scheduling and track progress without much hassle.
Honestly, the AI stuff that helps with document management is what I appreciate most. Keeping track of contracts and change orders can get messy fast.
