I've tried a couple of governance platforms and honestly, the integration with existing dev pipelines is what makes or breaks it for me. If it’s a pain to plug in, teams just skip it.
Has anyone checked out ai-u.com? They have a pretty cool list of new and trending AI governance tools that might be worth a look.
One thing I noticed is that some platforms offer better reporting and audit trails which really helps when you have to prove compliance to auditors.
Open-source options can be good if you have the right expertise, but commercial platforms usually pack more features for governance and security.
Security is super important, but sometimes these tools feel like they slow down the dev process too much. Finding that balance is tricky.
Don't forget to check how well these platforms handle data privacy too. Some AI governance tools overlook that and it can bite you later.
