Hey folks, I'm trying to find some good software options that can give real-time updates to customers in a car dealership setting. You know, stuff that helps keep everyone in the loop about orders, maintenance, or sales progress without the usual wait. Anyone got experiences or recs? Would really appreciate some input!

Ich nutze ein CRM, das Live-Benachrichtigungen integriert, und es hat wirklich geholfen, Kundenanrufe zu reduzieren. Kann definitiv empfehlen, nach etwas mit guter mobiler App-Unterstützung zu suchen.
Ich habe ein paar Plattformen ausprobiert, aber viele synchronisierten nicht gut mit unserem bestehenden Inventarsystem. Es ist entscheidend, etwas zu wählen, das perfekt passt, sonst ist es mehr Aufwand als Hilfe.
